Before Hiring THE NEXT Sales Professional

Before hiring the next great sales professional, you must decide if you're in a willing to make a commitment to training, developing and managing them. If you're not in that position, do everyone a favor - don't hire them.

Sales professionals are not robots you wind up and send out the door to simply sell stuff. If it were only that easy. Like  when is next sale  in your organization they need to be managed, developed, and educated. In this instance they need to know the merchandise offering, the sales process, the target market, the messaging, metrics, expectations, and management program. If you don't have a great handle on these aspects in your own business, what makes you imagine that any sales person will simply figure it out and be successful? As an experience has demonstrated over and over, they won't.
